Jiang Xueqin's Confirmed Predictions: What He Got Right
As of 2026-07-03, 15 of the 340 predictions extracted from Professor Jiang Xueqin's Predictive History lectures stand confirmed correct. They concentrate on two events he called early — Donald Trump's 2024 victory and the United States' war with Iran. Only 20 predictions have resolved in either direction so far, with 304 still open, so the 75% headline accuracy is a strong early read on a thin denominator, not a settled verdict. The full set of Jiang Xueqin confirmed predictions lives on the tracker; the table below is the short version.

The election calls
Jiang's first confirmed hits were American. He called a Trump victory in April 2024 (P001), confirmed that November, and a month later flagged JD Vance as a strong VP alternative (P002b), who took the nomination at the summer Republican convention. He hedged the ticket — his companion prediction that Trump would pick Nikki Haley (P002a) was wrong — but he had the winner.
The Iran war, called two years early
The largest bloc of Jiang's confirmed record is the US-Iran war. Beginning in April 2024 he predicted the war itself (P011) and the bombing of Iran's nuclear sites (P012), then layered on structural calls: Shock and Awe would fail (P015), no nuclear weapons would be used (P016, still holding), the fighting would drag from weeks into years (P018), and strikes on Iranian civilian infrastructure would escalate (P020). Two precise wartime calls resolved fast — a decapitation strike killed Ayatollah Khamenei around March 1, 2026 (P088), and the Iranian navy was destroyed that same month (P105). He also held, correctly, that China would stay out (P071).
The regional predictions held too: Iran closed the Strait of Hormuz (P026) and struck the Gulf monarchies — Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar — at the outbreak (P027), while his May 2024 call that Mojtaba Khamenei would succeed as Supreme Leader (P041) landed within the window he set.
What he got wrong
Five predictions are marked wrong against the 15 confirmed. Besides the Nikki Haley miss (P002a), Jiang predicted Putin would extend a nuclear umbrella over Iran (P017) and that Muhammad Mokhber would win Iran's June 2024 presidential election (P040). The pattern is telling: his structural and geopolitical calls have aged well, while his specific personnel and third-party-intervention calls have not.
Most of the record is still open
Roughly 304 predictions — drawn from 171 source lectures, 170 of them transcribed — have yet to resolve, and some will take years. The confirmed list above will lengthen as those mature, and a share may resolve the other way. On the question of Jiang Xueqin's right predictions — which calls have already come true — the answer is concentrated: one election, one war seen two years out, and the chain of events that followed.
